Aaron earned his Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University. His study and research focused on muscle development, endurance performance, nutrition, and sports psychology. In addition to his lab and research work at BYU, Aaron taught weight training, running, cycling, swimming, and physiology labs from beginning to advanced levels.

- Leo was a 4 year three-sport high school athlete competing at state 7 times and winning 2 Washington State Championship track titles; being named the 1994 Washington State Field Athlete of the Year.
- At Washington State University Leo was a two-time decathlon all-American and the 1996 Pac-10 decathlon champion also, placing 3rd in the long jump and 4x100 relay. As a professional track athlete Leo competed in the 2002 USA Track and Field Multi-Event Championships.
Coaching Experience
- Leo coached multi-event, high jump, and pole vault athletes at the University of Idaho, with athletes becoming multi-event All-Americans, Conference Champions, Regional and Conference Placers.
- 2005-2006 Leo coached sprints, hurdles, and high jump athletes at Richland High School in Richland, WA. Sixteen of his athletes were state placers and two were state champions.
- Leo has been coaching Hanford High School track and field athletes focusing on sprint mechanics, form, power, and jumps. His athletes have been district and regional champions and state placers.

Megan has tested more than 4000 clients in the Bod Pod in the last six years. Her experience and expertise with the Bod Pod equipment is extensive. She has tested people from all walks of life. She holds herself and her equipment to the highest standards for the most accurate body composition testing available. She offers consultations with solutions that work. By testing individuals two to five times per year she is able to help people change their health numbers for longevity as well as educating each person on their own body and how to make their 'machine' work best for them.
